We recommend 2-3 sessions per week at ThundBalance, as optimal muscle growth requires training the targeted muscle groups at least twice a week. Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining progress.

Yes, it does. When you purchase a package, it will include a set number of sessions, determined by the number of sessions per week, as well as the total months and weeks. Once you book the package, we will generate a list of all your sessions and send it to you so you can keep track of them.

Any cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance by sending an email to pt@thundbalance.com. Training sessions can be rescheduled once.

Yes, payment is required in advance. This secures your time slots for your sessions, ensuring that no one else can book those times.

The group must be formed before starting the package for both duo and trio sessions.

You will receive your Workout and Nutrition Plans after your first week of personal training. This allows us to customize the plans based on feedback from your trial session and first workout.

The Body metrics session is an additional session lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. During this session, we will:
Calculate your body fat percentage using caliper measurements.
Determine your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) using the Harris-Benedict formula.
Take starting point physique photos.
Evaluate for any body imbalances.
Measure your body diameters and determine your body type.

If both Workout and Nutrition Plans are followed, results are guaranteed.
